A quiet and simple hotel in Madrid with decent staff from the next shift. Location - amazing, next to Serrano shopping area, Malasaña bars, and Retiro park and Salamanca which is a good neighborhood and all tourist attraction, bus and metro station. Also, to the museums with the Reina Sofia.

Good location and very good price. good for families. Somewhat old but clean apartments (some rooms need to be improved). There is a self-service laundry on the floor, parking nearby. Breakfast can be ordered in the room, refrigerator can be recharged according to the client's preferences. first room smelled like tobacco (not suitable for my daughter, who has allergies) and they changed it when they had one free room (despite being full) because one of the reception staff was still there.
The first room smelled of tobacco, the change was requested, and they offered a better (wider) alternative, but as it was late, we had to take the sheets of the third bed that had to be mounted on a sofa bed from one room to another. Some problems to connect the free wifi.

We had a very good stay in the next road to the Museo Arqueologico Nacional which is well worth a visit.
It was the best possible and top location for us, so close to Madrid's main attractions, and Puerta de Alcalá. Furthermore, to the museums with the Reina Sofia.

The place was neat with a competent staff from the next shift. The venue was in an efficient business location very close to very close to downtown, and many shops. It was close to Al-Mounia, where you can have lunch.
Didn't like the area, it was horrible.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Madrid. The first thing that impressed me was the spacious and well-functioning rooms. The large room and bathroom were a welcome surprise, and everything was in good working order. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage. It was just a short walk from popular attractions like the city center, Reina Sofia, and the railway station. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the metro and C-trains, making it easy to explore the city. I found the hotel to be a comfortable and convenient choice.
One minor issue was that breakfast was not included in the stay. However, this was not a significant problem as there were plenty of dining options in the area.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
